Jim White was born & raised in the city, grew up in the country & settled by the sea. Jim presently lives as a writer, musician and community activist in Gibsons British Columbia Canada. 'Nowhere to Hide & other stories' is Jim's first publication. Jim is a proud Canadian; As he likes to say, his roots in Turtle Island are strong, long & secure.
R.I.P. Jim White passed away December 10th, 2025 surounded by the love and care of his stepchildren, who loved him like a Father for 35 years. Jim's illness was sudden, and he will always be remembered for his kind heart and insightful view of life and the people in our ever-expanding community & world.
